The product TAAG X30 FermentPure is a kit for extracting genetic material that allows an efficient rupture of the macroscopic and microscopic structures of bacteria and yeast from wine and beer samples. The genetic material is extracted by mechanical rupture of the macroscopic structure, cellular lysis and heating the device for 20 minutes at 95 - 99 °C.
The sample is then ready for real-time PCR analysis.
